Privacy policy
What this site collects, and why.
Written in plain language for Monmouth County homeowners, buyers, sellers, and agents contacting Monmouth Radon Pros. Last updated July 22, 2026.
Short version: we collect what is needed to route a radon request to an appropriate NJ-certified provider — your call details, any voicemail you leave, and anything you send by email or the contact form. This site runs no advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, and no analytics scripts, and we do not sell your information.
What we collect
Call, email, and contact-form data.
- Call metadata and voicemail. Our phone line at (848) 343-2085 runs on Twilio. When you call, Twilio records metadata such as caller number, call time, duration, and general caller location derived from the number. If a call is not answered live, a voicemail you choose to leave is stored by Twilio and forwarded to our intake inbox. We do not record live phone conversations.
- Contact form submissions. The form on the contact page collects what you enter: name, email, phone, town, request type, radon result, deadline, and details. Submissions are stored in our Cloudflare account and forwarded by email (via SendGrid) to our intake inbox so the request can be reviewed and routed.
- Email. If you email intake@monmouthradonpros.com, we receive whatever you send: your address, message content, and any details you include.
- Hosting and security logs. This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes standard connection and security logs (such as IP address and request metadata) to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We do not add analytics, advertising scripts, or cookies of our own — the site ships no tracking JavaScript at all.
No advertising tracking
No ad cookies, no cross-site tracking.
As of the date above, this site runs no advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or visitor-profiling analytics. If that ever changes, this page will be updated to describe exactly what was added and why.
Why we collect it
Routing your request, nothing else.
Call, voicemail, email, and form details are used to understand what radon situation you have, which Monmouth County town you are in, and what deadline applies, so the request can be routed only where an appropriate NJ-certified local provider is available.
Sharing
Who sees your information.
- We share the relevant details of your request — town, radon result, deadline, and contact information — with an NJ-certified radon provider only when routing your request to them.
- We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
- We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
- We use Twilio to operate the phone line and voicemail, Cloudflare to host the site and store form submissions, and SendGrid to deliver intake notifications to our own inbox. These providers process data on our behalf under their own standard terms; we do not use them for marketing.
Retention
We keep only what is practical.
Call records, voicemails, and form submissions are kept in our provider accounts only as long as reasonably needed to route your request and follow up. We do not maintain a long-term marketing database of contact information. If you would like a specific record deleted sooner, contact us and we will do so.
Your choices
Questions, corrections, or deletion.
For questions about this policy, to ask what information we have about you, or to request deletion, email intake@monmouthradonpros.com. If you would rather not call a line that may take a voicemail, use email or the contact form instead.
This policy applies to monmouthradonpros.com and covers residents of New Jersey and the wider United States. It does not apply to the separate privacy practices of third-party providers we route requests to; ask them directly about how they handle your information.
